Publication Ethics

To ensure scientific integrity, Lubna is fully committed to strict publication ethics standards, whereby every manuscript submitted must be an original work free from any form of plagiarism and must undergo an objective, transparent, and constructive peer-review process by peer reviewers. Authors bear full responsibility for the authenticity of their data and adherence to the principles of scientific writing, while the editorial board ensures that the entire evaluation process is conducted independently, free from commercial influence, in order to maintain the credibility and quality of the articles published, thereby contributing to the development of the scientific community in the field of primary education.

Authors’ Responsibilities

Authors must:

- Submit original scientific work, free from plagiarism, fabrication and falsification of data.

- Ensure that the article has not been previously published and is not currently under review by another journal.

- Cite all references correctly and in accordance with scientific standards.

- Clearly state the authors’ contributions (authorship).

- Disclose any conflicts of interest, if applicable.

- Be willing to make revisions in accordance with feedback from the editor and reviewers.

 Responsibilities of the Editor

The editor is responsible for:

- Selecting articles suitable for publication based on scientific quality and relevance.

- Maintaining the confidentiality of the identities of authors and reviewers.

- Avoiding conflicts of interest in the editorial process.

- Making decisions objectively without discrimination.

- Taking allegations of breaches of publication ethics seriously.

 

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers are obliged to:

- Provide objective and constructive assessments.

- Maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts under review.

- Identify potential plagiarism or similarities with other works.

- Avoid conflicts of interest with authors.

- Complete the review process in a timely manner.

 

 Publication Ethics

This journal rejects all forms of:

- Plagiarism

- Duplicate publication

- Data manipulation

- Ghost authorship (ghost authorship)

 

Every manuscript will undergo a plagiarism screening process before entering the review stage.

 

Access and Licensing Policy

The Lubna Journal supports the principle of open access, meaning that all articles are freely accessible for academic purposes, provided that the source is correctly cited.

Handling of Ethical Breaches

If a breach is identified:

- The article may be rejected or retracted

- The author may face academic sanctions

- The relevant institution may be notified
